• Contact details you enter: names, e-mail addresses, roles and affiliations of the submitting team.
• Project content: descriptions, scientific and clinical context, market and commercial information.
• Files you upload, such as documents and images attached to the submission.
• Technical data needed to operate the form: your save-code (stored only as an irreversible hash), timestamps, and standard server logs.

Please do not enter identifiable patient data or other health data relating to individuals. The form is designed for project-level information only.

We process the submission to review and consider your project for a possible collaboration or investment, and to communicate with you about it. Under the GDPR this rests on Art. 6(1)(b) (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in evaluating incoming project proposals). Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/revDSG) the processing is justified by the same purpose and your submission of the form.

All submission content, uploaded files and account data are stored on servers located within the European Union (data centre region: Ireland). Submission data is not stored in the United States.

• Xlife Sciences AG — staff, scientific and commercial advisors and partners involved in reviewing your project.
• Supabase (database, file storage and authentication), hosted in the EU region (Ireland). This is where your submission and uploads are stored.
• Lovable — the platform that hosts and delivers this web application. It delivers the application to your browser via a global content-delivery network; application content is served from the edge location nearest to you, while your submission data remains stored in the EU.
• Firecrawl — used only to look up a publicly available company logo from a website address you provide. No personal data and no submission content is sent to this service.

Submissions and drafts are kept for three months after your last activity on them. Every time you or we work on a submission, that three-month window starts again. If we decide to continue working with you, the submission is kept for as long as the collaboration and our documentation duties require it.

After the retention period lapses, the submission and all files uploaded with it are deleted automatically by a scheduled clean-up job that runs weekly. You can ask us to delete your submission earlier at any time.

We use only functional browser storage that is necessary to operate the form — keeping you signed in and holding your draft and save-code. There is no advertising, profiling or third-party analytics tracking on this platform.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the EU, the data protection authority of your country of residence; in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

This form is not a non-disclosure agreement. Unless a separate signed NDA is in place with Xlife Sciences AG, treat the content you submit as non-confidential and do not include trade secrets.
